This pavilion is right next to the parking lot and serves as a welcoming space that ensures your guests are on time for your ceremony. They can grab a drink, mingle, and take advantage of the facilities before the announcement to make their way to the chapel.

As you explore our 60 acres, you may also stumble upon charming remnants of the former girls’ summer camp that once had a home here — adding a touch of nostalgia and surprise to your adventure.

Tucked away behind the Treehouse Lodge and concealed by foliage are two secluded wooden platforms that offer a forest escape complete with hammocks, a grill, a firepit and chairs by the stream—perfect for unwinding out-of-sight with your friends — no responsibilities whatsoever.

To keep the energy just right, we’ll maintain the fires for you. No extra charge for the wood or the labor, it’s all included.

We’re here to make sure you and your guests get where you need to go, your vendors have what they need and are kept apprised of timeline updates, and the grounds are maintained with the highest standards of cleanliness and safety for your ultimate comfort.
Our goal is to run things so smoothly behind the scenes that you don’t even notice we’re there.

Connected to the Fireside Pavilion by strings of outdoor lights, this party pavilion is conveniently only a few steps away from the dance floor.
Pitch your Signature Drink signage and decor on the counter to personalize this additional gathering area for your guests, and make your way to and fro for refreshments and facilities (a short walk away!) as you keep the celebration going.

There’s no need to stress about renting tables, chairs, or surfaces to house your desserts, guestbook, or gifts. Brookledge has everything you need, and it’s all included in your package.

We know some of your guests may be inclined to mingle and take in the gorgeous scenery.
But others may want to mix it up and get active in the great outdoors.
To keep everyone entertained, we offer a variety of yard games, including Cornhole, Jenga, Croquet, and more—all with plenty of space to play. We’ll handle the setup and takedown, so you and your guests can focus entirely on having fun.

How many cars fit here? Where do my vendors park? Are my guests going to get lost? All questions you don’t need to worry about!
We’ve got you covered. Your dedicated Brookledge Parking Staff will guide your guests, and take all of the guesswork out of getting everyone to your ceremony on time.
Once parked, guests will meander over to the Welcome Pavilion — which is conveniently located right next to the parking lot — they can’t miss it!
Encourage them to relax and mingle, grab a non-alcoholic beverage, use bathrooms and take in the scenery. No need to stress about where to be and when — your dedicated staff will direct them toward the Chapel and offer ride service when the time comes. Their only job is to have a great time!

Nature offers some pretty ingenious solutions that we eagerly employ.
Near the Chapel, for instance, you'll be shaded by hardwood trees that naturally resist pests — helping keep unwanted flying guests at bay.
We also have bat houses. Not to worry! Our nocturnal friends don’t make appearances until long after your celebration dies down, and you’ll be far from their homes — in the Fireside Pavilion and lodging — long before that even happens.
Think of bats as an extension of your Brookledge staff — they work behind the scenes to take care of pesky bugs. And you don’t even need to tip them.
We want the atmosphere for your event to be clear and comfortable so the only thing your guests pay attention to is how happy they are for you, and how much fun they’re having!
